The rain and damp environment of the LPGA Portland Classic make the game worse

Westwood, Oregon-The LPGA Tour’s Portland Classic in Cumbia was cancelled Saturday due to wet weather and forecast rain at the Oregon Golf Club.

Overnight, the hilly court was soaked by more than 1.5 inches of rain.

The LPGA Tour said that tournament officials will monitor rainfall and evaluate the stadium, and the third round is expected to start at 7:15 am on Sunday.

The Tour said it will determine whether the game will be played on 54 or 72 holes before Sunday’s round. Playing on Monday to complete 54 or 72 holes is also an option.

Second place Zhen Yinggao On Friday, he scored 67 under 5 under par and took the lead in the second round with 136 under 8 under. Gemma Dryburgh hit back with one shot.
