In Tirana, the game between Albania and Poland was suspended after Albanian fans left the stadium after throwing water bottles at them. The incident happened after the Polish players celebrated their 77th minute goal and finally won 1-0.
A Polish official on the bench called on the players to leave the court immediately. Before the game resumed-20 minutes later-the stadium announcement warned fans that Albania might have to give up if more objects are thrown.
The victories of Sweden and Switzerland set an exciting final for their group. Sweden leads Spain by two points, with two games left in each game. One of them is a meeting between Spanish countries.
European champions Italy’s goal difference before the team game in Rome on November 12 is only higher than that of Switzerland.
The Italians traveled to Northern Ireland to participate in their final qualifiers, while Switzerland completed their plans in their hometown of Bulgaria.
In Group D, Teemu Pukki scored two goals in a 2-0 victory over Kazakhstan and became a striker in the history of the Finnish team. The Norwich striker scored 33 goals, one more than Jari Litmanen.
Finland is in third place, behind Ukraine-1-1 with Bosnia and Herzegovina-and four points behind France.
