How Romelu Lukaku reacted to N'Golo Kante's lore against Leicester City

Chelsea vs. Leicester City

Premier League leaders Chelsea are currently kicking off with Leicester City at lunchtime in the Premier League on Saturday.

In the reenactment of the FA Cup final, although it was at King Power Stadium instead of Wembley Stadium, Chelsea’s performance was much better than six months ago.

Thomas Tuchel’s team scored with an excellent header from Antonio Rudiger, nodding home from a corner kick from Ben Chilwell when Arsenal clashed with Leicester in a similar way to Gabriel.

Then, in order to add salt to the wounds of the Foxes fans, former star N’Golo Kanter made a wonderful strike outside the penalty area, doubling Chelsea’s lead.

For their part, the Foxes scored the ball into the net with the help of Ademola Lookman, but the goal was correctly excluded from the offside position. However, beyond that, it is largely one-way traffic towards Kaspar Schmiechel’s goal.

Lukaku reacts to N’Golo Kanter’s stunt

One star of the Blues who is clearly absent is Romelu Lukaku, who was signed in the summer. He was injured in the Champions League game against Malmö and is currently recovering.

The Belgian has been watching the game and quickly praised N’Golo Kanter’s strike on Twitter, only to write “NG. Thank you” on Twitter.

If his teammate wins, Lukaku will return to the Premier League and his team will still top the list.
